T. Laketia Jones, MBA, PMP
Open to Director & VP-level roles in AI Operations, AI Strategy, and Enterprise Transformation. I lead AI-enabled programs end-to-end — from board-level strategy through governance, build, deployment, and team capability — with a 16-year track record of moving complex programs from proof-of-concept to production at scale.
My Story
I'm an AI Operations and Enterprise Transformation executive with 16+ years leading complex programs across healthcare, finance, and technology. I currently lead full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP delivery at a major PBM/healthcare organization — running cross-functional programs spanning finance, supply chain, and HR modules for stakeholders from staff engineers to the C-suite.
What sets me apart for AI leadership roles is that I'm a practitioner first. I don't just write strategy decks — I personally design, build, and deploy production AI systems. That means when I sit across from a CIO or a CTO, I can translate vision into a roadmap a team can actually execute, and I can stress-test the technical assumptions before they cost the business months.
Leadership at Scale
I build and lead AI capability for organizations — not just one-off pilots. My playbook:
- Design the AI Center of Excellence — the operating model, governance, and capability framework that lets every team adopt AI safely and consistently, instead of dozens of disconnected experiments
- Lead cross-functional AI programs — chairing steering committees, aligning Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, and turning strategic intent into a delivery plan with owners, dates, and measurable outcomes
- Build the team and the bench — hiring, mentoring, and leveling up AI practitioners; standing up training programs that move the whole org's AI literacy upward, not just the early adopters
- Own delivery from strategy through production — carrying initiatives across the proof-of-concept-to-production gap that breaks most AI investments. I've shipped real systems, not just slide decks
- Defend the ROI — translating AI work into financial outcomes that hold up under board scrutiny: cost out, revenue in, risk reduction, productivity gains
What I Implement
Where I roll up my sleeves:
- Enterprise AI roadmaps with prioritized use cases, ROI cases, governance guardrails, and a 12-month execution plan
- Production AI systems — LLM-powered tools, document automation, intelligent workflow systems, retrieval-augmented platforms. Hands-on with Claude, ChatGPT, and the surrounding stack (Firebase, Cloud Functions, vector stores, RAG patterns)
- AI governance frameworks aligned to NIST AI RMF and emerging regulatory expectations — usable by Legal, Risk, and Engineering teams from day one, not 200-page documents nobody reads
- Oracle Fusion & enterprise ERP — cross-module delivery (finance, supply chain, HR), integrations, change management, and the change-the-business work most "AI projects" actually depend on
- AI workforce enablement — training curricula, playbooks, and adoption programs that get every team using AI well, not just the technical few
AI Products I've Built
Founder of TheScope180 — an AI-powered SaaS platform for professional certification prep. I designed and shipped:
- AI-driven study tools with automated content operations and intelligent mentorship
- End-to-end product lifecycle: requirements, AI model integration, content pipelines, payment integration, go-to-market
- Multi-tenant architecture, branded portal experiences, and live tracking instrumentation
Founder of tlaketia.com — the AI-mentorship and career-pivot platform you're on right now. Built end-to-end including the AI Mentor (Claude-powered with personalized context), automated resume intake pipeline, branded email tracking with Mailgun webhooks, and full client-portal session and activity tracking. Every feature on this site was scoped, designed, and shipped by me.
